About

I’m an entrepreneur and software developer specializing in applied data science, deep learning, and multimedia systems. I design and build scalable solutions for video, multimedia, and data-intensive workflows, with a focus on local AI and on-device recommendation systems. I am also a full-stack developer, creating dynamic websites and Node.js-based server applications. My experience includes processing large-scale neural imaging data on the Quartz supercomputer at the Yao-Ying Ma Laboratory and developing custom Python software at the Alexandre G. Obukhov Laboratory at Indiana University School of Medicine. I also founded Oboukhov Entertainment LLC, where I lead the development of Arcinity, a local infinite-scroll platform that integrates deep learning with a fully on-device recommendation engine. I’m passionate about creating software that bridges AI, multimedia, and user experience, and I’m open to collaborative projects, research opportunities, and entrepreneurial ventures in software development, data science, and multimedia innovation.

Arcinity

Arcinity is a desktop app that turns local video libraries into a personalized vertical feed, using real-time recommendations, fast playback, and lightweight previews. It learns from user behavior to adapt content, preloads videos for instant viewing, and stores all data locally for a private, responsive experience.

DeskTok Player

A software that transforms local short video libraries into an infinite vertical scroll feed. The app intelligently surfaces content from categorized folders and leverages a local recommendation engine to refine the feed based on user engagement and watch history. MotionTrack

A lightweight Python video player designed for interactive motion-tracking annotation and research. It pairs OpenCV frame extraction with a PySide6 GUI to let you place named tracking regions (hexagon/square + central dot), play video, auto-track across frames with multiple algorithms, and export per-frame coordinates to CSV for analysis.
